Refund policy

Returns

  • You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all original labels.
  • Please contact our customer service team at info@smokingsupplier.co.uk to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds

  • After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times vary based on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@smokingsupplier.co.uk. We will guide you through the process for an exchange, or in some cases, we may offer a full refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Clearance items, special orders, and opened electronics are non-returnable.
  • Digital products and downloadable software are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50 to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely.
