Shipping policy

At Fizza Electronics Ltd., we prioritize the timely and secure delivery of your order, ensuring it arrives in optimal condition. Our packaging is discreet to ensure your peace of mind.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 2 pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.
• Orders placed after 2 pm GMT on weekdays or during weekends will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
• While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery at this time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Our timeframe is between 1 to 3 working days.  

Shipping Costs

• Free Delivery: Orders over £250 (within the UK) will qualify for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: Orders under £250 will incur a shipping fee of £12 (within the UK).
• Additional Weight: For orders over 25 kg, an extra 25p per kg will be applied.
• For pallet rates and volume buying discounts, please contact our team.
• For international shipping, please call our sales hotline for specific delivery costs
  

European Shipping Notice:

For European shipping – costs will be calculated after checkout. A separate invoice will be sent for shipping costs. We will endeavour to keep costs as low as possible. Any local duty or tax is the responsibility of the buyer.

VAT Information

International orders that do not provide a valid VAT or EORI number will incur standard VAT charges at 20%, unless otherwise specified by applicable regulations.
